WOWshots Terms & Conditions

BALANCE PAYMENT

All balance payment must be made not later than 14 days after a print order has been placed. Payment for additional prints & frames can be made after the session or at the time of ordering.

CREATIVE LICENCE

WOWshots shall be granted creative and artistic licence in relation to the choice of locations and poses used. WOWshots judgement on photographic style and the number of photographs taken shall be deemed correct. Due to changes of the weather and the availability and willingness of subjects. WOWshots photographers will do their best to honour requested photographs but do not undertake to guarantee any specific picture nor incorporate any specific background, location or group arrangement.

VIEWING

A mutually convenient appointment for viewing of photographs will be made within 14 days of the shoots. The images will be Displayed on a laptop.

COPYRIGHT

The 1998 Copyright, Designs, and Patents Act assigns copyright to JTPIX.CO.UK LTD. You may not copy the photographs taken under this contract, or allow copies to be made photographically, electronically, or by any other means.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, injury or sickness beyond WOWshots control, their liability shall be limited to a full refund of any monies paid. Your statutory rights are not affected. JTPIX.CO.UK LTD have full Public Liability, and Professional Indemnity Insurance.

CANCELLATION

If WOWshots have to cancel this contract for reasons beyond their control, (death, injury, sickness etc.), their liability shall only be limited to any monies paid. Should customers wish to cancel their session and reschedule the shoot then WOWshots will endeavour to attend the new date, WOWshots will only reschedule appointments ONCE after that further reservations will only be taken if a non refundable deposit is made.

Please address any complaints to JTPIX.CO.UK LTD either by email or telephone 0115 9444532 09.00hrs - 17.00hrs Mon - Fri Standard UK call rates apply. We would endeavour to respond to any complaint within 48 hours.

PRIVACY

WOWshots / JTPIX.CO.UK LTD will store your details on a private internal database. These details will not be made available to companies or individuals outside of JTPIX Photography.
